9. What Will Quentin Do Now?

Man, was Paul Blackthorne great in this episode. I mean, he's consistently excellent, but he really nailed it this week, especially the moment when he finally accepted Laurel was gone, and totally broke down in front of Oliver. He totally had me at that point.

For Quentin, it means he's got the rather tragic record of this being the third time he's had to say a final goodbye to one of his daughters, despite only having two of them to begin with.

He's suffered an awful lot, and now with Laurel gone, Sara on Legends of Tomorrow, and a suspension from the police force, what does he do now? Is he going to work more with Team Arrow? Will he get his badge back? Or could he be another casualty of Season 4 (surely not, but you never know)?
