6. Adrian Chase - Josh Segarra

Just before her death, Assistant DA Laurel Lance was considering an offer to become District Attorney. Her untimely death, however, means that vacancy still needs to be filled, which it will be by Josh Segarra.

Segarra (Chicago PD) is playing Adrian Chase, the new DA who'll be helping Oliver clean up the streets of Star City through the legal system, but also works as a vigilante at night. A vigilante who just so happens to go by the name of Vigilante, which won't get at all confusing. He turns to fighting crime on his own terms when his family his killed by the mob.

It's unclear just how much we'll see of him outside of the DA office, but given he's billed as a series regular it should be a fairly meaty role, meaning it's likely we'll have him and Oliver operating as vigilantes simultaneously without either knowing the other's identity. Such larks.
