3. Reverse-Flash Is Back!
The Reverse-Flash has been a thorn in the side of Team Flash ever since the first season. And there is no surprise that he will be present when the heroes of the Arrowverse(can we please call them the Justice League?) face their greatest threat.
Parts of the crisis are detailed in the future newspaper found inside of S.T.A.R. Labs, which was revealed all the way back in the Pilot episode of The Flash. The newspaper includes confirmation that the Reverse-Flash will be playing a role in the epic event.
We even saw him teasing his return for Crisis on Infinite Earths with his final words to Barry Allen in the Season 5 finale, which were “See you in our next crisis!”.
We can only speculate about what Eobard Thawne’s role in the event will be. Will he be aiding the Anti-Monitor in his conquest to destroy the multiverse? Or will he be fighting for his world alongside the Flash? Either way we cannot wait to find out! That being said, “See you in our next crisis!” Reverse-Flash!
