Brooklyn Nine-Nine: The Worst Episode From Every Season

Ah, Debbie, a character who had decent intentions but was never accepted by the fanbase. She had some good moments, and Vanessa Bayer is a lot of fun, but she did not make a big impression> Thus, no one was particularly excited when she took centre-stage.

This one follows on from the surprise ending of the previous episode, "The Jimmy Jab Games II", which saw Debbie (the awkward and shy uniformed officer) steal cocaine and weapons from the evidence locker. The episode then focused almost entirely on Jake and Rosa's attempts to take down the mob boss she's selling to.

Unfortunately, while Debbie Fogle was fun in small doses, she was absolutely not ready for the spotlight. After getting high on coke, her antics caused a couple of chuckles, but it was hard to get invested as you're not given a reason to care about her, and the character wasn't that funny.

To add more fuel to this fire, there's barely any involvement from the other characters, with most of them relegated to serving as minor assistants in the main story. It gives you very little to care about, or laugh at, so easily fits here.
