Sometimes, you just have to accept things as they are. Jeffrey Combs is Weyoun (and Brunt!) and if we can only keep one actor from the original Deep Space Nine (in these arbitrary rules that we have set up....by ourselves) then there is no question at all about who is it that needs to return.
His sinister cool, his suave delivery of lines and along with that - he's just truly bloody evil when he wants to be. Jeffrey Combs knows exactly what frightens you, and he'll smile his way into your nightmares.
