5. Lawrence vs Kreese
A contest we've all been itching to see, the master vs apprentice angle is one that simply doesn't get old.
Last time we saw the two locking horns was in the season 2 opener, offering a glimpse of what would happen should they to blows. Before that was after the '84 All Valley tournament when Kreese gave Johnny a headlock to go with his snapped second place trophy. It's a poisoned relationship that's soured the second half of Johnny's life, and as he inches closer to redemption the man who assisted his fall from innocent youth to smarmy bad guy is yet to be adequately given his comeuppance.
Much like the street fight finale of the woeful Rocky V, the chance of Johnny and John duelling it out without a referee in sight is the stuff of dreams for fans of the franchise. We rarely get to see Kreese without control of the room, and seeing an alpha male of that magnitude in full force would be a sight to behold.
Martin Kove and William Zabka are surely out of their physical prime (but both evidently in their acting prime), but a duel between the two would definitely be neat.
