12. Claire Temple
Our first and only look at Claire Temple, nurse to The Defenders, in Season 2. She was introduced in Season 1 as a close ally and basically full-time nurse of Matt Murdock, although things soured slightly when the pair couldn't have a romantic relationship together. Since then she's popped-up in Jessica Jones, again to patch some people up, and is slated to make an appearance in Luke Cage. However, it's Daredevil she's most closely tied to, so it's good to see that she will be back, even if it's not full-time. She told him that she would be there when he really needed patching-up, so this indicates he's going to get a pretty heavy beating at some point. Here, she's telling Foggy that the city needs Daredevil, which would fit in with the idea of him not happy with Matt being Daredevil, and perhaps turning to Claire in order to make him see sense.
