14. Foggy Campaigns To Become District Attorney (Episode 4, "Blindsided")

One of the season's key subplots is Foggy's attempt to become the District Attorney, and to be honest, it all ends up feeling a bit forced and unconvincing.

Foggy's drive is undeniable, but just because he gets a fancy new haircut and wardrobe this season, it's still tough to believe the goof from the prior two years would ever pick up traction as a DA candidate.

Of course, Foggy's aspirations eventually go up in smoke once his family gets caught under Fisk's thumb, but his campaign feels rushed through in the mid-section of the season, and actor Elden Henson struggles to bring the required gravitas to the part.

It just feels like we're watching a boy playing dress-up as a politician, honestly, and ends up unintentionally silly as a result.
