13. Micks Flame Trance
In times of trouble, many people often choose to go to their happy place. For some, this is memories of family and friends, to others its thoughts of idyllic what if possibilities, and for Mick Rory its seemingly to just gaze into a flame. Whilst Ray Palmer is completely getting his ass handed to him by a brutish inmate, Mick decides to grab a lighter and just stare off into the devilish delights of a simple flame. This proved to a quite humourous moment in terms of where Heat Wave was concerned, although it wasnt quite as a cool for Ray as he was on the receiving end of a Soviet beat down.
Once described as the Swiss Army Knife of WhatCulture, Andrew can usually be found writing, editing, or presenting on a wide range of topics.
As a lifelong wrestling fan, horror obsessive, and comic book nerd, he's been covering those topics professionally as far back as 2010.
