4. Debs Feelings For Dexter
When it comes to unresolved plot lines, this one the writing team almost moped up successfully. But it doesnt matter how hard they work at it, theres one hell of a stain when you introduce the possibility of someone dating their adoptive sibling into an already crowded (and morally questionable) story. I dont think anyone was particularly impressed by the revelation that Deb is in love with Dexter. Well I wasnt anyway. The turning point was only established so that Deb would end up catching Dex in the act of murder. And everybody knows it. I was pleasantly surprised by the way they weaved it into season seven at certain points instead of ignoring it all together. But they still havent tied it down. And lets face it, theres no real resolution on this one thats going to please us. So maybe its left open to interpretation anyway.
