1. Peter Capaldi
Ever since Peter Capaldi was announced as the next Doctor, the excitement has just been building up inside of me. The idea of having an older Doctor since a while makes me so happy. It will be nice for the Doctor to be loved for reasons other than him being young and hot. I feel that too many fangirls enjoy Doctor Who for the reasoning of the 'fit, young males' that get the role. Too many people have said to me that Peter Capaldi is too old to be the Doctor. What is wrong with them! If they knew anything about Doctor Who, they'd know that some of the very first Doctors were so much older than Matt Smith or David Tennant! The show is about change and I personally welcome Peter Capaldi to Doctor Who because I know he will be brilliant.
