32. Was The War Chief An Earlier Incarnation Of The Master?

Doctor Who The War Chief Based on the behavior and the talents displayed by the War Chief, it can be easily assumed that in his next regeneration, he not only renamed himself but clung to his predilection for Van Dykes and Nehru suits. The War Chief was never seen again following the events of The War Games and in quick order The Doctor Who Role Playing Game produced by FASA argued that The War Chief, The Monk and The Master were all different regenerations of the same person. Numerous novels have argued both for and against this theory, but a definitive answer has yet to be revealed.

31. How Did The Doctor Know About Companions Jamie And Zoe's Minds Being Wiped In "The Five Doctors?"

Doc The 2nd Doctor's interactions with his future selves open up a Pandora's Box for people to whom canon is sacrosanct. The facts are that the 2nd Doctor's final story "The War Games" showed the Doctor's companions memories of the Doctor erased and the Doctor forced to regenerate. So how would the Doctor (presumably plucked from an earlier point in his time stream) know that their memories had been wiped? As the 2nd Doctor was apparently plucked by the time scoop from a time when he was still traveling freely through time, you can't make the case that he was snatched moments before being forced to regenerate.
