Doctor Who: 10 Reasons Series 7A Was Great!

8. Amazing Sets

A Design Drawing for Dinosaurs On A Spaceship We were told each episode was going to be 'Movie-Like', and I have to admit, having each one look AMAZING helped. So much detail and the feel of authenticity, it was all there for me. The Asylum felt old and looked fantastic; you could believe that the dinosaurs were living in a ship that was almost abandoned; the wild west felt genuine; units underground base looked huge and great, and just filming in New York gave the final episode a really nice touch. You could tell they worked hard to create these amazing sets, to make them seem as real as possible, and to film in wonderful locations. What else could you ask for? Well, perhaps to film in New Zealand.....

Living in Bristol, I work as a cleaner for Bristol University. When it comes to writing about the things I love, its hard to stop me going on and on. A big fan of Doctor Who and other Sci-Fi programs and films, I could watch them over and over.
