Doctor Who: 10 Reasons Series 9 Will Be The Best Yet
7. More Two-Parters And Linked Episodes Will Make The Stories More Developed And Unpredictable
Steven Moffat's mission statement was to shake things up for Series 9, because apparently he hasn't done enough of that already. It sounds like it'll pay off, though, because there will be plenty of two-parters to go around and more linked episodes than you can shake a stick. Basically, viewers won't know what's coming next. The Doctor usually shows up and saves the day around the 40 minute mark but this time, he won't. Or maybe he will. Nobody knows! It will certainly keep us on the edge of our seats, anyway.
