Near the end of Dalek, the Dalek tries to kill Rose but cant stop itself not hitting her. Its solution is to get up close to her in a Trinity-esque dodge this tactic so that it can threaten the Doctor. This is probably the most frustrating thing for the Dalek as it doesnt have any other options when it cant kill you. Its tantalisingly simple what to do but it cant do it. Its like having a zipped up bag of sweets but the zip is made of superheated uranium so you cant get in. It sucks for a Dalek, because without the gun, theyre just bobbly things with a sink plunger. True story.
