6. Some Big Guest Actors
Series two of Broadchurch attracted some big names, particularly Marianne Jean-Baptiste as defence lawyer Sharon Bishop and Charlotte Rampling as prosecutor Jocelyn Knight. In a show already filled with top TV talent like Olivia Coleman, David Bradley and of course Doctor Who's David Tennant, Chibnall showed that he could muster up an array of mesmerising talent. There surely has to be a couple of his Broadchurch actors he can entice for his first series of Doctor Who? And then there are those big names still make their mark on Doctor Who fandom. Helen Mirren has waded into the female Doctor debate before, could she be up for playing a key character in his first series as showrunner?
