Doctor Who: 10 Worst Episodes Of NuWho

2. Fear Her

The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler land in London on the day of the Olympics' opening ceremony. What could possibly go wrong? Well, quite a bit, as it turns out, because Fear Her is the penultimate entry on this list which means that it's not exactly a fan favourite. And the award for Understatement of the Century goes to... In it's defence, though, it doesn't claim to be anything it's not. It's unfortunate, then, that it isn't really anything in the first place. It's basically about a lonely alien who tries to befriend a lonely girl by, you know... entering her body and using her to get friends by drawing people and trapping them in drawings. Or something like that, anyway. Things go from bad to worse then our beloved Time Lord becomes one of her victims but there's no need to panic because they manage to save the world by singing about a Kookaburra and then the Doctor shares the love by not getting in touch with Rose to tell her that he's actually OK because he's far too busy doing really random things like lighting the Olympic flame. Because why the hell not? It's all just very random, really, but it's slightly reassuring to know that it was a last minute replacement for another script that fell through at the eleventh hour. Still, is there really any excuse for that scribble monster? A huge mistake, in more ways than one.
