17. The Same Rain - Blink
Fans had only known Sally Sparrow, the star of Series 3's Doctor-lite escapade Blink, for 5 minutes but that was all she needed to steal our hearts. This poignant scene affirmed that conventional love is never an option for associates of the Doctor as Sally was reunited with her potential soulmate, Billy, as a dying old man on the very same day she'd met him in his youth. That's the power of the Weeping Angels for you. Time's a bitch like that.
