2. Bizarre

Because every Doctor has to have his own strange affectations. My 12th Doctor would begin to chew on the end of a long-stemmed tobacco pipe (he couldn't smoke it, unfortunately, because television), and he'd carry a harmonica in the breast pocket of his black suit that he would occasionally pull out to play some mournful blues melodies on. Also, instead of talking to himself (as all Doctors have done), he'd just stare into the distanceperpetuating his reputation for emotional and intellectual distance, a potential trend I introduced in the previous point. It would not be Doctor Who, and he would not be the Doctor if he was not bizarre in some way Yet my 12th Doctor would be bizarre in calmer, more subdued ways than has been seen in previous incarnations the pipe would be thoughtful, the harmonica mournful, his absent stare distant and unemotional. He'd be bizarre, but not kookyhe'd be eccentric without undermining his perpetual 'cool.'
