We barely see the Doctor in this trailer, but in the final part we see her attempting to hold onto hope by telling herself:

“Stay strong, people waiting for you”.

Next to her are a number of tallies etched into the wall, assumedly indicating how long she’s been trapped for. Her lack of presence in the trailer hints that she may be stuck for the duration of the episode, but this could all be a ruse to prevent spoiling how she escapes, and furthermore, any scenes she may share with Captain Jack.
