4. Downing Street Daleks
It seems that the Daleks have wiggled their way back into favour with British politicians, after first fooling Churchill in ‘Victory of the Daleks’. We see the brand new iteration of the Daleks rolled out in smoky, dramatic style, being labelled as ‘defence drones’.
The new design itself is impressive, with blue lighting adorning their outer shells, alongside a lovely black paint job. Whether or not Dame Harriet Walter‘s character (possibly the Prime Minister) knows about the dangers of the Daleks is unknown, but surely after previous encounters that Earth has had with them, people should have cottoned on that they’re wrong ‘uns.
