Doctor Who: EVERY NuWho Villain And Monster Ranked Worst To Best

96. Lucy Saxon

Doctor Who villains
BBC Studios

Appears in: The Sound of Drums/Last of the Time Lords, The End of Time.

Harold Saxon's ever faithful companion. So faithful, in fact, she married the Master and revelled in his rise to absolute power. Yes, Lucy, we saw you do a little jig of delight when Voodoo Child was blaring out whilst billions of Toclafane descended onto Earth to decimate people. We won't judge her too harshly given her husband was a hypnotic chap.

We all get philosophical when looking up at the stars or when Professor Brian Cox expounds the wonders of the universe. With a TARDIS to hand, the Master took Lucy to the end of the universe to show her the wonders of everything, err, dying. To be fair it's all he could've done because the Doctor had fused the coordinates. So Lucy's basically thinking "Well, if it's all going to s**t then who cares?".

Eventually the marriage went south spectacularly and Lucy got two bites of cherry trying to get rid of her psychotic spouse by shooting the Master dead, then sacrificing herself when throwing a spanner in the works during his resurrection.

The name's Colbourn, James - yeah, doesn't quite have the same ring to it.
