The planet-sized parasite known as the Old God or Grandfather would definitely have been on Gorr the God Butcher's list.

For eons it had a cushy number: every thousand years or so, the Old God would be offered valuable gifts from the worshipping locals. One of them, the Queen of Years - a vessel for her peoples' entire history - also gets sacrificed in order to keep Grandfather satiated until the next Festival of Offerings in a thousand years' time.

Anyway, one day the Doctor turns up and throws a sonic screwdriver in the works, leading to the current Queen of Years being spared a horrific ordeal, but awakening the hangry Grandfather ready to gobble up everything in its path. Apart from Clara's Infinity Leaf, which was too much for the Old God, who promptly imploded.
