Every Marvel TV Show Ranked Worst To Best
5. Loki (2021-2023)
Call it an unlikely success story: Loki (Tom Hiddleston), the villainous brother of Thor, started life as a one-off foil, and through a series of films and finally his own, game-changing TV show became one of the MCU's most compelling characters.
Loki follows the God of Mischief as he finds a new sense of glorious purpose saving the multiverse (explored here to stunning effect) from unseen threats destined to destroy it, a plotline that leads to one of the most visually dazzling and thematically challenging exploits in the entire Marvel canon.
Grounded by career-best work from Hiddleston, as well as franchise newcomers Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Sophia Di Martino, Loki takes big leaps with its story and expands the MCU in ways never seen before. In a way, the franchise may never be this daring or legitimately exciting again.
