Every Sex Education Character Ranked Worst To Best
3. Adam Groff
TV is certainly no stranger to a good redemption arc. The likes of Jaime Lannister, Prince Zuko and even Sex Ed's own Michael Groff have proven that seeing someone go from bad to good is one of the most emotional journeys a character can take. But, while Groff Sr did it well, he's got nothing on his kid.
Adam has had one of the best character arcs in the entire show. His transition from being a delinquent bully to a confused young man who wants to change has been handled well from day one. But, it has also been extra special thanks to the focus on his sexuality and relationship with Eric.
While it was easy to hate him at first, you could always sense a feeling of resentment and emptiness in him, meaning that when he eventually did start to change, it felt well seeded and came from a believable place.
It's hard to make characters like Adam work, but this show has turned him into one of its biggest strengths.
