24. Comic Book Guy Takes His Obsession To Another Level
Back to our good friend The Comic Book Guy now, as in one of The Simpsons' numerous Treehouse of Horror episodes (the one in question being Treehouse of Horror X), he's shown as his alter-ego, The Collector, in one of his most creepiest moments to date.
He appears in the episode's second arc, Desperately Xeeking Xena, where he kidnaps Lucy Lawless (dressed as, unsurprisingly, Xena) by using a magnet to signal towards her metal breastplate and takes her to his lair. Already wrapped in plastic within The Collector's lair are Spock and Jeri Ryan in her Seven of Nine costume, amongst others.
The scene ends, thankfully, with Lawless pointing out that The Collector has removed his limited edition double-edged lightsaber from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, causing him to essentially have a mid-life crisis while she escapes with the also-kidnapped Bart and Lisa.
