A new spin on the rom-com, Santa Clarita Diet sees Drew Barrymore's Sheila turn into a zombie and crave human flesh, and then her and husband Joel (Timothy Olyphant) try to negotiate everyday life while attempting to solve the mystery of what happened.

The premise is pretty great, but the show didn't quite reach its potential, instead sailing on the back of its superb leading cast members. With the same pair back again Season 2 should at least be decent, but there could be much more to come as well.
