Every Walking Dead Villain Ranked Worst To Best

1. Alpha

The Walking Dead Beta
AMC

Alpha is the most threatening, cunning and psychopathic villain in the series, being a genuinely scary and disturbing presence throughout season 9 and 10. Her real name is a mystery but she is the leader of the Whisperers, a murderous group who wear zombie skins to hide amongst hordes.

A fanatical survivor and intelligent strategist, Alpha demonstrated her brutality throughout her appearances, often murdering her own people for showing weakness or disobeying her. Her every action was disturbing and chilling. Alpha regularly beat and mentally tortured her daughter, Lydia because she was 'weak'.

Not only was she a intimidating presence but she was also a skilled fighter, able to hold her own against Daryl and severely injure him in a knife fight.

With the help of her right hand man, Beta, Alpha terrorised the communities by brutally murdering a large group of recurring characters in a shocking twist, including Tara, Enid and recent favourite, Henry. The evil shown was so sudden and unexpected that many fans consider it one of the biggest twists of the entire series.

Alpha was cold and genuinely evil, relishing in causing people misery and pain. Her spine-chilling presence terrified audiences and the other characters. Her impact on the series, both in her psychotic actions and mental manipulation, puts her at the top of this list.

Just plain, old sat at a computer with a head full of knowledge I mostly don't use I was born and raised in the Black Country near Birmingham, England however am now living in Manchester, England after I moved here two years ago. I currently attend the University of Salford, studying Broadcast Journalism. That's it really. Told you there was nothing special. If you're really that desperate for something to do, follow me on socials. Yes, I do like that ego boost.
