Falcon & The Winter Soldier: 9 Fan Theories That Could Come True

2. Isaiah Bradley And/Or Elijah Bradley Will Be Introduced

This is another theory that is born out of the running theme of Steve Rogers' legacy, and more specifically, the history of the super soldier serum. In the comics, there is a dark history to the potion that gave Steve his powers, and there are parts that could have certainly been covered up in the MCU so far.

In a bid to replicate the original serum, 300 African-Americans were experimented on, with the only survivor being Isaiah Bradley. With his new found abilities, Bradley stole a Captain America uniform and went to fight the Nazis. His reward for such bravery and selflessness? A court martial and a prison sentence.

The theory goes that with Sam struggling to come to terms with potentially taking on the role of Captain America, he meets Isaiah who fills him in on his history with the costume and shield. A strong, powerful moment between the two could give Sam the push he needs to truly take on the Captain America mantle.

This could then lead to the MCU debut of Isaiah's grandson, Elijah, who receives powers thanks to a blood transfusion from his grandpa in the comics, and goes on to help form the Young Avengers as Patriot.

Though WandaVision ultimately got rid of Billy and Tommy before they became Wiccan and Speed, this hasn't slowed down the traction of the almost inevitable MCU iteration of the Young Avengers, of which Patriot could be an integral piece.
