After vowing to Meg that he's going to take up chastity, Peter sets up this hilarious - if not sexist and slightly racist - cutaway gag featuring an Asian woman driver ploughing her car into traffic after declaring: "How much signal I need to cut across a lane? None? I turn now! Good luck everybody else!"
