5. Who Will Be Nice To Meg?
You have to feel for Meg. Not exactly endowed with movie-star good looks like her voice actor Mila Kunis, and consistently neglected by her family, who's going to be nice to her now that Brian's dead? In the season 5 episode of Family Guy, "Barely Legal", Meg threatens to kill herself because she doesn't have a date for her junior prom, forcing Brian to step in as her 'date'. Brian initially hates the experience and gets drunk to blot it out, but when bully Connie turns up and trashes Meg, he steps up and rebukes the schoolgirl, reducing her to tears. Impressed, Meg then develops an infatuation for Brian and exhibits truly odd behaviour. That aside, this was a rare moment in that a member of the Griffin family actually defended Meg and stood up for her, and with a dad like Peter who farts in her face, and a mum like Lois who seems coldly detached, you have to wonder where the love is going to come from now.
