7. Ejaculated Mrs Pepper
Molly Solverson, the hero of Fargo's first season, is still around this year. Obviously it isn't Allison Tolman playing her, but instead we see her as a little girl, who has a close relationship with her daddy, Lou (Patrick Wilson). Their relationship is clearly all sweet and innocent, doting dad and loving daughter, but then you get one little throwaway line from the book he's reading to her, which just sums up the weird and dark humour of the show. The book he's reading is 'The Five Little Peppers and How They Grew', which does indeed include the line: "'Dear me!' ejaculated Mrs Pepper." The look on Lou's face, and is uncomfortable reaction, says it all.
