A more straight-down-the-line villain is Killer Frost, traditionally an antagonist to other DC hero Firestorm, who's basically like a female Mr Freeze. After an industrial accident she was left with the insatiable need for heat, which she absorbs by any means necessary. It's just that, in most cases, those means are murder. She can also do cool stuff with that heat energy, like turning it into icy projectiles and blizzards that fire out of her hands - the whole deal also means that she has a frosty glow about her. Like, to the point that she has blue skin. Just like Mr Freeze, y'see? Slightly less punnage than the Arnie version, mind. Before comics got less fun, she had the ability to make men fall under her control with a kiss, too. And she's not being brought up for the fun of it, since Killer Frost has already been introduced in The Flash's pilot episode. Sort of.
