2. Ross And Rachel's (Real) Wedding
That's right, as if Ross' wedding roster wasn't full enough, this season would have added yet another one to the docket. But, at least this time, it would be with someone he'd already been married to before.
At this point, the saga of Ross and Rachel's romance is a tale as old as time. The on-again, off-again dynamic they brought to the screen became the standard model for sitcom romances, and the epic conclusion to the show that saw them finally come together felt like the final chapter. But was it really?
There was still a lot to tell us about their relationship, as now that they were officially together, the writers had all the chances available to go through the romantic motions we wished they'd gone through earlier. One of the most important being a real marriage to make up for their drunken Vegas ceremony.
Watching the most iconic couple on TV finally tie the knot in a memorable ceremony would be one hell of a set-piece and the final chapter in their story.
