There was a lot of hope heading into this new season that the show's time spent in Dorne was going to be all kinds of awesome. Although you saw a trio of angry daughters, a vengeful mother and a stern leader who wanted nothing more than peace, now the season is over it's pretty clear that the time in Dorne was, well, lacklustre.

That being said, it was still quite a shock to see Myrcella Baratheon (or Lannister if you want to be anal) die from a fatal kiss from Ellaria Sand. It was particularly heartbreaking considering moments before Myrcella told Jaime that she knew he was her father and was happy about it.

While the time in Dorne didn't provide the fireworks fans hoped for, the death of Myrcella could mean war in Season 6 that would certainly make up for the lack of action from this season.
