Game Of Thrones: 10 Things That Will Definitely Happen In Season 7

I've already established why Cersei is doomed to die next season, but the "how" is also certain, too - her brother Jaime is going to kill her.

Seriously, this makes sense on so many levels that practically any other alternative would be unsatisfactory in comparison. For a long time now, Jaime Lannister has been on something of a redemption arc, starting with his meeting and subsequent saving of Brienne. His relationship with Cersei has become more and more strained and dysfunctional as the two characters gradually veer away from each other.

The perfect way to cap all this off would be for Jaime to kill Cersei, breaking free from her once and for all by taking a stand when she goes too far. It'd be bittersweet given the fact deep down he loves her and would also mirror his killing of the Mad King Aerys. There's tragedy in the inevitability of repeating the past, but perhaps this catharsis is what's needed to truly redeem Jaime.

Also, remember the fortune teller Maggy I talked about earlier in relation to Cersei and her children? In the same scene Cersei is told she'll be killed by the Valonqar, which is High Valyrian for "little brother". Pretty obvious who that is, right?
