Game Of Thrones: 12 Big Questions That Must Be Answered In Season 7

3. Can Anybody Stop Daenerys? (And Could Cersei And Euron Team Up?)

As already mentioned, things are looking pretty easy for Daenerys right now. Too easy, in fact. Can anyone stand in her way?

The first possible challenger is Euron Greyjoy. He's already after Theon and Yara, and wanted to marry Dany himself; if he has built his fleet, could he launch an attack on Daenerys and her ships? The dragons still give her a huge advantage, but in terms of armies Euron's would be better equipped for fighting at sea than the Unsullied and the Dothraki.

After Euron, the next opposition comes in the form of Cersei. The Iron Throne is Daenerys' target at the moment, and Cersei is the person directly in her way. The Lannister army is depleted, so is there any chance Cersei could defeat her? Perhaps there's some wildfire leftover, which could come in handy.

The alternative to these is that Euron and Cersei form an unholy alliance. Neither may be powerful enough to stop her alone, but together they'd be more powerful, if they could put their egos aside that is. A marriage would help Cersei consolidate her rule, while marrying the Queen would bring the Greyjoys properly into Westeros, and strengthen their own position. Plus they'd probably get along famously, given their penchant for murder and chaos.

Another potential curveball here is Tyrion. He's Hand of the Queen and loyal to Daenerys, but now he's aligned with the Martells. Elaria and the Sand Snakes killed Myrcella, and Tyrion is the one who arranged for his niece to be sent to Dorne for her own safety. If Tyrion learns of this, that could throw some serious spanners in their new alliance.
