From one season finale, to another. Season 4's offering provided some game-changing scenes as Stannis popped up from nowhere to don the mask of a hero and save the Night's Watch from a wildling assault while Daenerys turned into somewhat of a villain to her 'children' as she holed up two of the restless dragons. Brienne and The Hound's brutal dogfight was nailed perfectly, with the audience feeling every hammer-blow and wincing with every punch, while Bran made his last appearance for a long time by reaching the three-eyed raven's lair. It's a bizarre story arc that needs to play out well in Season 6, though that stellar scene of the episode belonged to none other than Tyrion who's escape led to the death of Tywin and Shae, both of whom deserved to go, though only one was a heart-breaker for the dwarf.
