Joffrey Baratheon had absolutely zero chill. There's no more apt way to put it. He constantly snapped and when he did, it wasn't just a case of toys being broken, it was people. If Joffrey wanted you dead, you'd die. A plan was hatched in an attempt to calm Joffrey down and vent some of his pent-up anger in other ways. A pair of ladies was the first attempted solution, but they simply weren't enough to appease the young King. Instead of erm... spending time... with his hired ladies, Joffrey set about making them torture each other as he sat and watched, crossbow in hand. The sorry affair ended with the discovery of Ros, one of the two women, strung up and pierced with bolts. Lovely.
