12. Sansa Stark

As it stands, Sansa Stark's powers should be in the ascendancy, and it will be interesting to see if she takes on some of the aggressive behaviours of her undead mother in the books to carve herself a new dynamic out of the story as Jon Snow makes his play for the Iron Throne.

But it's been an arduous task getting to this point (and even now she's still at the annoying mercy of Littlefinger's evil machinations). She was always presented as the most annoying Stark, with her desire for a fairytale ending helping kill her father, and while her callous victimisation has been harrowing, she is far from the fan favourite her sister and half-brother are.

There have been great moments along the way though, and watching Ramsay Bolton have his face eaten off was easily the show's most cathartic moment. Let's hope we get to see her enjoy watching Littlefinger have his penis shredded by a direwolf too.
