4. Sansa Tries Again With Theon
Sansa Stark was promised that help was there for her at Winterfell. Then the woman who told her that was flayed alive by her husband, so its not looking too good on that front at the moment. She tried to appeal to Theon last week, giving him the candle to place in the window of the highest tower, but instead he took it to his master and the kind old Northwoman paid with her life. Full credit to her, she hasnt been broken by all the torment piled on her, and looks like shell be having another go at trying to break Reek in this episode. We hear her in the teaser telling him: If I could do to you what Ramsay did, I would. It sounds as though Sansa is taking the tough love approach, which may appeal better to Theons broken-down state. Note the synopsis says that Sansa confronts an old friend which does indicate shell be talking to Theon, not Reek. Theres also the matter of the weapon (it appeared to be a corkscrew) that she picked up last week, which she may well be using in this episode if it comes to it. And who knows, maybe Brienne will doing something useful to aid the situation as well. That might be asking a bit much though.
