Game Of Thrones Preview: What To Expect From Season 6 Premiere

5. Ramsay Deals With Myranda's Death

Game of Thrones The Red Woman Sansa Theon
HBO

Ramsay is a man used to getting what he wants, generally through fear and force.

He should be entering Season 6 on a high, after his army obliterated Stannis Baratheon and his men on the battlefield. However, Sansa and Theon escaped at the end of last year, killing Myranda in the process, meaning he's instead feeling defeat and extremely pi**ed off.

We're going to see him dealing with that in the Season premiere, as he sits over her dead body. Is he upset? Is he capable of compassion? Probably not, instead he'll be getting angry and plotting his next move. This has pushed Ramsay onto the back foot, and that's a dangerous place to have him.

Also expect Roose to turn up here, no doubt admonishing Ramsay for letting them escape, and planning on how they can get them, or another way to secure their hold on the North.
