Oh (Tower of) joy! Oh rapture!

We are finally going to see the events at the Tower of Joy play out on Game of Thrones in Season 6, which is one of the biggest historical moments in Westeros in terms of its relevancy to one of the main characters and its biggest mystery.

Although detailed through memories, this should be the best and most accurate version we've had to date, chronicling Ned Stark leading five of his men to the Tower of Joy - situated on the Northern edge of the Red Mountains of Dorne - to rescue his sister Lyanna, who had been kidnapped by Prince Rhaegar Targaryen.

There they had an epic battle with three members of the Kingsguard, including fabled warrior Ser Arthur Dayne, with only Ned and the mysterious and as-yet-unseen Howland Reed surviving. We have seen a couple of quick shots of what is almost certainly this fight taking place, as in the image above, but we don't know for certain where Reed is (Stark seems pretty obvious), nor have we seen the actual tower itself.

The Castle of Zafra, in Guadalajara, Spain, was used for location filming, so it'll be good when we do finally get to see the storied tower, and then the question is of whether we'll go inside it and find a dying Lyanna Stark, and the truth to R+L=J.
