If Alliser Thorne isn't stomped upon by an angry giant before Season 6's end, there's no justice in the world. Owen Teale deserves a huge amount of credit for creating one of the most loathsome characters in the series, and if Season 6 didn't persuade you into despising the man, then maybe a raging giant needs to sort you out too...
Thorne is the epitome of bitterness. He resents everything about his life and everyone who enters Castle Black, but he's had enough experience over the years to cope with the fallout. Things are different now though, and after leading the traitors into killing Jon, he's just signed his death warrant. If Jon returns, Thorne will be finished, it really is that simple.
