6. Is Cersei Really Pregnant?

Cersei drops a bombshell on poor Jaime this week, revealing to him that she's pregnant with their fourth child (and first to be openly announced as theirs).

This being Cersei, of course, who is no stranger to lying to get her way, there's immediately a question of whether or not she's telling the truth to Jaime.

Her being pregnant is an interesting angle, especially given the widely held theory that Jaime will be the one to kill her. Is that going to be the case if she really is pregnant (it certainly adds new meaning to the prophecy line "choke the life from you.")? There's also the theory that's since sprung up about the child killing Cersei, but there doesn't seem to be enough time for that to really play out.

If she's lying, though, then that could bring us even closer to Cersei's death at Jaime's hand. She's already committed a number of acts that should be unforgivable, yet he keeps on going back to her. Lying about this might finally be a step too far, but you can see the advantages from Cersei's perspective: she tells Jaime to never betray her again, and this is (in her eyes) a way of ensuring his loyalty.
