4. Cersei's Terrible Death
Cersei Lannister: the character who always hated her younger brother, Tyrion, and tried to have him killed many times. She who slept with her own brother and bore three children with him. She who had her king husband killed. She who stopped Ned Stark from revealing the truth, she who blew up the Great Sept of Baelor, she who lied about sending an army to defend the North from the dead, she who claimed the Iron Throne for herself after the death of her children, she who just had Missandei beheaded, she who wronged so many characters on the show…
And she dies, how? Getting killed by Arya like Arya said she would for so many years? Or by one of her younger brothers like Maggy’s prophecy said? Or maybe even burned alive by Daenerys after Missandei's death?
Nope. She dies crushed by a falling building, embraced by Jaime, and crying about how she doesn’t want to die like we’re supposed to feel sympathy for her. After all these years, and so many misdeeds, she dies in the most anti-climactic way Benioff and Weiss could come up with.
That's just insulting.
