Khal Drogo wouldn't have received his little scratch, bless him. Therefore he wouldn't have died, and could lead his Khalasar across the Narrow Sea and on to conquer Westeros. Well, that's the theory, and he would've said it in some gorgeous, subtitled way I'm sure. He would've been the brutal spearhead for Daenerys' Dothraki forces, and would inspire his men to victories from the moment they set foot in the continent Daenerys desires to conquer.
