Game Of Thrones Vs. Lord of The Rings: 12 Epic Deathmatches We Want To See

It seems that every good fantasy series needs a man (or hobbit) tortured beyond recognition, twisted and distorted from reality, and ultimately transformed into a sub-human mess.

Gollum is one of the all-time classic film characters, and Andy Serkis does a stunning job of bringing him to life. Aside from the fact that he literally is CGI, Gollum is far more animated than Reek, but which would triumph in a scrap?

It seems as though Gollum is used to the way he is, he knows how to survive in the wildest of wild places, living on nought but raw, wriggling fish and 'filthy orcses' whereas Reek is clinging onto at least a slither of civilisation despite living in the dog kennels at Winterfell.

This glimmer of humanity in Reek would be the reason he could topple Gollum, after all, Theon has skill with a sword and bow. If he could harness an ounce of his former self, Gollum would be no match considering he could've been put to the sword by a hobbit, and is solely distracted by his 'precious'.
