Apart from maybe Doug Stamper, Franks most loyal associate throughout the series has been his Secret Service agent, Edward Meechum. The two share a complex relationship together that has even turned sexual on at least one occasion. With all the issues Frank is dealing with, the fact that he can escape from it all for a moment to admire/criticize art with Meechum shows the strong bond these two share. Sure, Frank probably enjoys having someone who follows him so blindly, but he also genuinely cares for his bodyguard. Its a nice quiet moment between the two as Frank traces Meechums hand on the wall and a rare time Frank is seen just having fun.
