6. Almost No One Wants To Hang Out With the Gang More Than Once

Over the course of the series, The Gang pretty much has one recurring friend: Artemis. Almost every other person who they seem to get along with gets scared off after an episode or two. This list includes many of Dee's ex boyfriends like Terrell (who was gay and stopped hanging out when The Gang started getting racist), Lil' Kev (who stopped hanging out when Dee accused him of being retarded) and Brad Fisher (who Dee tried to steal from The Waitress and Charlie attacked with a box of hornets). Mac's got some bad ex-girlfriends, too, with Carmen the Tranny eventually growing to hate him, Megan from the pro-choice rally who pretended to be pregnant, and Coach Murray, the gym teacher who Mac tries to "seduce" because he supposedly molested Charlie. Not to mention all the high schoolers from the underage drinking episode, Dennis' one-episode European roommate Jan, and Charlie's supposed son Tommy. The Gang does a great job at not making friends and alienating people, which ultimately keeps them all very close together and without anyone else to run to for help.
